Online Training Program: Innovating News Solutions with Microsoft News Labs

Microsoft News powers content experiences across the entire Microsoft ecosystem, including Bing, Windows, LinkedIn, and Microsoft Edge. Every day, Microsoft curates over 170,000 stories, photos, and videos from 4,500 publishing partners and deliver it to more than 550 million people in 180 countries via editions in 31 languages. Through Microsoft News Labs program, Microsoft works side-by-side with journalists and newsrooms to build solutions and skills that advance the art, science, and business of journalism, like driving transparent storytelling through data journalism (Politico EU’s European Elections hub), boosting operational and reporting workflows (newsroom trainings), and scaling investigations and research with the power of AI (Atlantic’s archives solution). In this online training program, Microsoft teams will show how they works with journalists at every stage of the process of creation, curation, and consumption.
