The Association of Foreign Press Correspondents in the USA (AFPC-USA) recognizes U.S.-based international correspondents who publish in radio, television, online, and print media serving international audiences. Both American and foreign correspondents are eligible to apply, as long as their work is published in media outlets that serve international audiences in the United States and abroad. All international journalists working for foreign media outlets and accredited as journalists in the United States are eligible to apply or be nominated by another colleague in one of the following categories:

Technology
Environment and Climate Change
Minorities, Inequality, and Discrimination
Business and Economics
International/National Politics
Misinformation
Arts and Entertainment
