Alain Coomlan Tchegnon is a journalist hailing from Cotonou, Benin. His experience began in 2002 at Radio Afrique Espoir, where he covered various topics specific to Benin. In 2006 Alain was afforded the opportunity to travel to Paris, France, where he joined the International Francophone Press Union. After returning to Benin in 2010, Alain covered political elections in West Africa as a television newscaster. As a freelance journalist, Alain writes and publishes articles for the United States Press Agency.
